1. Course Enrollment & Access

  • Once you enroll in a course and the payment is successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to the course materials unless otherwise stated.
  • Access to digital content is personal, non-transferable, and subject to the terms of use of our website.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Course Access: If you request cancellation before accessing the course materials, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, the refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase of the course mentioning a valid reason for the cancellation of the course.
  • After Course Access: Once the course content has been accessed fully or partially (accessed 10% of the course content or more), cancellations will generally not be permitted.

  • Course progress is less than 10%
