1. Course Enrollment & Access
- Once you enroll in a course and the payment is successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to the course materials unless otherwise stated.
- Access to digital content is personal, non-transferable, and subject to the terms of use of our website.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Course Access: If you request cancellation before accessing the course materials, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, the refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase of the course mentioning a valid reason for the cancellation of the course.
- After Course Access: Once the course content has been accessed fully or partially (accessed 10% of the course content or more), cancellations will generally not be permitted.
3. Refund Policy
We value your learning experience. Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility:
- Request is made within 7 days of purchase.
- Course progress is less than 10%
- Proof of issue (such as duplicate payment or technical error) may be required.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- If a particular course is marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- If you have completed a substantial portion (10% or more) of the course.
- If refund is requested beyond the eligibility period (more than 7 days after the date of purchase.)
- For downloadable resources, templates, or bonus / courses materials.
4. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within [7–14 business days] of approval.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Course Cancellation by Us
In rare cases where we must cancel a course (e.g., technical issues or discontinued content), enrolled learners will receive either
- A full refund, or
- Free transfer to another available course of equal value.
Note: The above will not be applicable after completion of 1 year period after the course purchase date or, after the validity of the course (content access) expires.
